There is a Masterpiece Project principle that says every day we have choices. We can choose to have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset. Before you join any meeting virtually or in-person, I encourage you this week to pause and to decide how you can grow from and/or add value to the meeting. Our perspectives certainly dictate our outcomes. Think like a Masterpiece. Disrupt old mindsets and grow every chance that you get.
