As a seasoned Employee Experience professional in the Healthcare Industry, Carlette brings extensive expertise that combines corporate leadership with entrepreneurial vision. Her multifaceted career encompasses roles as a published author, certified executive coach and trainer, dynamic speaker, devoted mentor, and ordained Elder serving her community faithfully. Through each of these platforms, she demonstrates her profound passion for catalyzing positive change in the lives of others.

Carlette's innovative leadership extends to co-founding the G.I.R.L.S. Sports Foundation, Inc., where she serves as mentoring coordinator, championing opportunities for young women to develop confidence, character, and athletic excellence. With a profound passion for mentoring young ladies, she dedicates herself to guiding them through the transformative journey of self-discovery, helping them uncover their unique gifts, embrace their identity, and step boldly into their potential.

Her visionary work also includes founding The Well Retreat for women and the Refiners Virtual Bible Study for women, both designed to nurture spiritual and personal growth.
